Ag biology
This course is designed to integrate biological science practices and knowledge into the practice of sustainable agriculture.
Food science
This class teaches students science through food, the food industry, agriculture, through laboratory experimentation, and hands-on activities, students will apply scientific principles as they pertain to agriculture food science.
Ag science
The course introduces students to the basic elements of plant science, animal science, agriculture business, California agriculture, leadership, and the FFA.
Ag Mechanics
Students will develop skills in the areas of woodworking, electrical, plumbing, painting, concrete bill of materials, and safety.
Advanced Ag Mech
This course is an extension of and builds upon skills and knowledge learned in Agricultural Mechanics. Students will design and build more advanced level projects.

What: Students step into the role of one of California's State Legislators, are assigned a specific California district and spend four days getting to discuss, debate, and move bills based on agriculture, environment, food and education!!

Greenhand Leadership conference (sle)

Who: Freshmen
What: This conference leads students through self-discovery of talents, interests and personal characteristics to start them down the road of uncovering their passions in life. Through GLC, students will be emerged in the Who, Why, What, Where, How and Impact of Agricultural Education.
